Well, these were the workout plans were: S - Bike ride, M - Jogging, T - kickboxing (evening), W - kickboxing (AM), T - Jogging, Friday - OFF, S - Jogging
What actually happened was:
Sunday -
Walk with family (instead of bike ride)
Mon - Sick, so no workout
Tuesday -
Jogged 2.5 miles instead of going to kickboxing
Wed - Did
Tae-Bo video instead of going to kickboxing (she changed class time and it's later in the AM - messes up my day!) + 100
crunchesThurs - Nothing! Way too hectically busy!
Friday -
Tae-bo video
Sat -
Jogged 3.1 miles! WOO-HOO!!! Longest ever, and I ran 1.5 miles before I stopped to walk!
